Edit: It looks like miniloader v1.11.3 requires Factorio version 0.18. I have version 1.0 installed.

0.18 and 1.0 are mostly compatible mod-wise. I'm able to load miniloader v1.11.3 and Krastorio 2 v1.0.3 into Factorio v1.0 without any problems.

Can you upload your save game if you have one? There's probably a problem with another one of your mods. If you don't have a save game, please upload mod-list.json, mod-settings.dat, and your factorio-current.log.
