b Miniloaders occasionally lose wire-connection when placed by blueprint

Hi therax,

the miniloaders sometimes lose the wire-connection when they are placed by blueprint.

How to reproduce:
1) Place a chest (i use an Angel's warehouse).
2) Place miniloaders around the chest in a circle, all facing into the chest
3) Connect the miniloaders with wires in a circle (red or green doesn't matter)
4) Connect one of the miniloaders with the chest
5) Set conditions to the miniloaders, e.g. wooden chests < 500
6) Copy/paste the setting to all miniloaders
7) let the configured items (here: the wooden chests) flow from all sides (for testing, i use infinity chests)
8) Take a blueprint from that setup (not copy/paste).
9) Place the blueprint a couple of times

--> occasionally (not everytimes), there will be more than 500 wooden chests in the "central" chest.
At least one of the miniloaders doesn't stop when the limit has been reached
--> the wire to that miniloader is visible, but doesn't really exist
--> you can rewire the miniloader and it works again

Please, could you take a look into this?

Thanks.

Edit: Factorio V18.14, miniloaders 1.10.7

Thanks for the clear repro steps! This should be fixed in v1.10.8.
