Because I tend to Ctrl click and make all the loaders at once then get paranoid over some orphan underground belts because it's an odd number.
This is why I recommend automating miniloader construction in your mall instead of making them by hand. But I understand that obsessing over an odd number of undergrounds in inventory can be stressful. I'll consider a mod setting to double the recipe costs and results in a future version.
