i have a huge base and start to replace alle inserters with miniloaders.
But i loosing more an more ups, so i search for the reason and deactive the mod. After reload all loaders are killed and my UPS are going normal.
Every mini loader is composed of at least 2 hidden inserters. They are going to be slower if you replace inserters 1:1 with miniloaders. They are much more UPS efficient than loaders based on scripting (e.g. Loader Redux), but there is nothing for free.
From looking at your screen shot you are using 36 miniloaders per wagon, but only getting out 1 belt of throughput. You might consider trying Bulk Rail Loader for this use case, which would substantially cut down on entity count to provide buffering and balancing.
