When I feed a blue belt in a yellow loader, it still loads the entirety of the blue belt.
This is also the case with mods that add even more advanced belts.
Because I didn't see an easy fix, I decided to uninstall this mod.
I can have a look at the internal inserter swing speeds again and see if I can get closer to the belt speeds. Because miniloaders use 2 inserters and operate on tick boundaries, it can never be exact.
Every time I look at this I decide it's impossible in 0.16 because of unpredictable inserter behavior. As an example, at a particular inserter speed, they can completely empty a Bob's Turbo belt (53.33 items/s), but they can't empty a blue belt (40 items/s). Things may be better in 0.17.
