Hey I've ran into an issue of the miniloaders snapping to electric poles. I would have a warehouse, with poles at the corners, then loaders all the way down, I replaced them with miniloaders and usually the top one, closest to the pole, would snap towards the pole.
Impromptu fix. Remove pole, place miniloader, then add pole.
