GAU-8A Avenger portable 1.0.2 [WIP]

[WIP] Adds ultimate high speed weapon exists in Factorio. It can fire common magazines at an extreme rate of fire and range. Range of fire 27 points and base rate of fire is 30. For Alien extermination, which already reached 90% of evolution. You need to research Utility science pack and Military 4 to build it. Changes 1.0.2:
- adapted research tree to be more passed for later game (now you can research it after unlocking Utility science pack and Military 4)
- adapted recipe to be more realistic for later game
- some changes to shoot mechanic

Changes 1.0.1:
- changed walking slowdown factor down to 0.3 while shooting

*After 7 years private play only I've descided to make this mod for the community available. Also I've created an ammo pack for this weapon (2000 rounds with plasma damage, stackable by 20 magazines in slot), it will be available ASAP.
