Compatibility for mini-machines.

Upgrades between steel furnaces (and electric steel furnaces if using Electric Furnaces mod) to mini furnaces, and upgrade paths through up to 10 tiers.
Also fixes some issues between 5dim's mods and mini-machines and micro-machines.
