Is it done due to the way you made the mod or due to the way DLC is done?
as i want to achieve the same mechanic for my mod only part is i want it to work with & without the DLC enabled tho ownership is still needed. Could i make that work if you know?

Yeah this mod only adds things that SA already adds so there's no point having both mech-armor and space-age enabled together. I could equally have just made the code not run if space-age is enabled, which is probably what you want to do with your mod.

yea tho i create my own version of the armour and disable the base one so it would work differently regardless?

or what would you say?

Also while at it my i ask to use some of your code. Asking regardless of you license allowing it?
