Having 1 stack inserter and 1 long inserter as ingredients for 0.5 second craft makes it way too easy imo. Especially if you consider quality, since by simple upcycling you get long stack AND regular stack inserters (along with long inserters) and do so very fast. Not only it's a way to easy to get long stacks, but it is basically bypassing upcycling regular stack inserters which is usually not that simple. I think the recipe should be both more expensive and take longer. Probably a good idea to use some Moshine resources if planet is installed. Maybe restrict to that planet surface for crafting too (can be an option in settings).
