Error while running event logistic_group_explorer::on_gui_closed (ID 105)
LuaEntity belongs to surface nauvis (index 1) but a LuaEntity belonging to surface fulgora (index 8) was expected.

Looks like you managed somehow to switch what surface you were on while the GUI was opened. I'm not sure how you managed to do that, but I was able to reproduce it with the console.
