Updated to the new version of the tool and I switched from "Stacks" to "Items", and now both of them look like they're selected so I don't really know which one is selected:

As an aside - is it possible to make it so that clicking on the words "Stacks" / "Items" / "Clear assemblers" / etc. also checks/unchecks things? Being super precise is a little cumbersome, and also that way it'll work like other vanilla checkboxes / switches in the game works (a simple example to see what I'm talking about is clicking "Personal logistics" or "Trash unrequested" when pressing "E" - you can click anywhere on the text to check/uncheck the item).

Oh it looks like the sliders also don't work now, not sure how that happened.

Okay completely uninstalling the mod, loading the save, save + quitting, adding the mod back, fixed the problem. However, the new "Clear assemblers" checkbox definitely does not work:
