Overflow Chest

Adds an Overflow Chest which is a requester chest that switches to a passive provider chest whenever its requests are satisfied (and goes back to requester mode when the satisfaction is cancelled). Only configurable in requester mode.

This should be a default feature for standard request chests. At least a toggle you can select.

Yes me too. The mod wouldn't exist without help from the modding community.

But i can understand why it's not in vanilla. A balanced factory should produce around as much as it consumes so the chests should always stay on the same level of items. For that the constant checks for a logistic mode switch can become a pretty hefty amount of unnecessary CPU usage. But who wants to build perfectly balanced factories? I don't.
