b Yield Sign

(updated 6 years ago)

Hello, I'm using Yield sign in conjunction with stops so that I can have 6 loading stations near a warehouse, what I notice is that the cars in load stops, ready to leave (already loaded and turned to leave), lose to the cars in the yield sign making the loading station too inefficient.

Got a screenshot?

It's sounds like you might be seeing a timing bug. As checks don't run every tick (because UPS) traffic hot spots can behave oddly.

Sure, the link is below:

By the way, just for an example purposes, if you put like 5 contiguous yield signs, will the cart wait for all 5 to be clear before going into those positions or it only checks the one adjacent to it?
I haven't tested it and can't test at the moment.

Thanks, I need to try this at the weekend.

But to answer your question: carts only check one adjacent tile ahead, currently. This is relevant: https://gitlab.com/aerosuidae/logicarts/issues/5
