I can not understand why you need to draw "basket will follow the arrows in any direction" and "cart will rotate the angle in any direction." If you enter against the arrow, the basket will turn. If you Enter with the arrow, the basket will continue to move straight" It is the same as with one arrow.. Show an example for what you need 2 arrows can not come up with an application for them.. I can understand if the arrows would be diagonali :)

It is asymmetrical behaviour with is sometimes useful. Use it for building a two-way path, or complex intersection, or... :)

The fact is that the two-way intersection does not give anything. This is the same as with 1 arrow.
