What this does:
* Double the amount of power that logistics bots consume
* Double their internal battery to compensate

Another way of looking at it is that I nerfed roboports charging logistics bots.

What this means is that in areas of high logistics bot use you either need double the number of roboports, or with the same number of roboports you need to wait twice as long between bursts. This also has a flow on effect to power consumption as each logistics bot uses the roboport for twice as long.

I wrote this for personal use as I wasn't happy with how powerful logistics bots are in vanilla, wasn't satisfied with "just don't use them", and wanted this to nudge me towards using belts instead of just having bots solve all my problems. The goals are to leave construction bots alone, nerf logistics bots for sustained high-throughput loads, but still keep them useful for personal requests and other bursty or low throughput loads. While it is a small mod for personal use, if this does attract interest I might make it more configurable.
