What versions are you running? The message box you show has Loaders Modernized 2.0.8 which will only run on Factorio 2.0.x. Your Krastorio2-spaced-out is version 2.0.0 which doesn't appear to be a released version (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Krastorio2-spaced-out/downloads), but 2.0.1 is the first version for Factorio 2.1.x.
I suggest making sure you're running the correct and / or released versions of mods. If you're still having issues, report it then.
I'm afraid I can't answer that; that post was from a month ago, and I'm just happy if I can remember my own name in the morning—after all, I'm not getting any younger. ^^ I'm currently playing the 2.1 experimental version without mods. I'll give it another try once 2.1 is released. Thanks for the reply!
