There is an API available for moders to that add belts to register their own loaders. My biggest hurdle to adding loaders for overhaul mods is that I can only guess at recipes that fit thematically into the mod. Unless I've played that mod, or it's a simple add belt tiers from vanilla ingredients I'll usually get it WAY wrong. I only took a quick look at Periodic Madness and its a big overhaul. The authors of the mod would be able to better set recipes that fit. I'm happy to add a pull request if someone makes one as well, but it might will be a good while before I get around to parsing out what a loader should look like in Periodic Madness.
