Not sure if you need anything else from me. I've been using Loaders Modernized v1.0.6.
I updated to 2.0.4 and am using the most up to date py. I loaded without this mod and the loaders I had still work fine. Adding this mod (as I'm trying to add the stack loaders), and get the above error.

I'll need to know the full mood list and settings combination for the game that won't load. A save file that fails to load that I can sync against would help a ton.

Not the original poster, but I'm getting the same error. Pyonodons playthrough, new loaders modernized, replaced “Loaders Modernized: Pyanodons” with this mod.
