[DEPRECATED] Loaders make full stacks

DEPRECATED, please use LOADER UTILS instead Forces loaders to output full stacks and nothing less. Highly recommended to be used with Stacking Loaders, which allows for adjusting the target stack size.

b Conflict with the Editor Extension Infinity Loaders

On Ctrl+X -> Ctrl+V the "Full Stack only" settings of the Infinity Loaders is not saved. Also the loader change direction.

Editor Extension Infinity Loaders do create 4 stacked belt even without "Stacking Loaders" + "Loaders make full stacks".
Vanilla loaders do not create 4-stacked belt with only the Editor Extension.

These issues are being fixed in a unified loader mod, since in 2.0.65 Wube added a new loader property (respect insertion limit) and trying to manage 3 possibly interconnected mods is not worth the trouble. I will send a message here and update these mods accordingly once that combined loader mod is released.
