Hmm... It seems that there is an incompatibility with 2 other mods https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Aircraft-space-age and https://mods.factorio.com/mod/unlimited-ammo.
"Aircraft" has napalm, and when you enable your mod, an error appears that you cannot create infinite ammo with napalm, most likely due to the same name (although in your case it is a liquid, not a specific cartridge).
Separately, everything is fine, since there is no intersection.
Error in assignID: fluid with name 'unlimited-napalm' does not exist.

For the test, I renamed "napalm" everywhere to "napalm_lilys", and everything seems to be ok.
