An attempt to balance lasers against gun turrets. No balance changes, but now lasers fire once using 20x energy and cause 20x damage. This makes them really great at killing single biters, but useless against groups. Because of the huge drain, using too many (or without accumulators) can leave your factory drained of power for a long time.
