Adds a chest that can hold 65,535 stacks of items, a storage tank that can hold 4.2G fluid, and an accumulator that can hold 100GJ and the I/O rate is effectively infinite.

This was my first Factorio mod. I wasn't even originally planning to post it, but I had too much fun making it.
