With Krastorio Spaced Out, I have two balancers - advanced balancer and turbo balancer. Both are 60 items per second, but one is a much cheaper recipe. I think Advanced balancer should be disabled when you install Krastorio spaced out. I'm not really sure where the advanced balancer is coming from.. is it stock with the mod? No other mods I have add an "advanced" tier of belts.
