Lagless promethium

A mod made because of how UPS intensive promethium mining is. Works well with megabases or any mod that requires a alot of promethium mining.
Features

Each of these can be toggled in the settings.

Remove promethium asteroid chunk from all recipes, (excluding the promethium science pack recipe)
Remove promethium asteroid chunk from promethium science pack recipe,
Remove promethium science pack from all technologies,
Set promethium asteroid chunk stack size,
Set amount of promethium asteroid chunk required in the science recipe,

Planned Feature(s)

Each of these will be toggleable in the settings.

Enable a recipe that creates promethium asteroid chunks from nothing.

Alternate recipes for promethium related items will stay in Space Age Galore.
