It appears that some recipes can be made when its normally possible to get the Foundry before unlocking their vanilla recipe counterparts, most notably Express Belts/Undergrounds.

I'd recommend moving these recipes to be unlocked by their respective technologies instead of "Foundry." (or requiring both technologies)

- Medium Electric Pole (Electric Energy Distribution 1)
- Big Electric Pole (Electric Energy Distribution 1)
- Fast Transport Belt (Logistics 2)
- Fast Underground Belt (Logistics 2)
- Express Transport Belt (Logistics 3)
- Express Underground Belt (Logistics 3)

I personally realized this quirk when I made it to Vulcanus without Logistics 3.

To be fair getting to Vulcanus without gun turrets is incredibly difficult, and the electric poles/fast belts are mainly QoL.
