More Long Inserters

Adds long inserter variants of nearly all detected inserters. Optionally also adds burner versions of the bulk and stack inserters. Fully compatible with Bobs Logistics, Artisanal Reskins, Krastorio 2, and many more! Incompatible with the inserter overhaul setting in Bobs Logistics.

Ahh, I can guess this is because they are made during data-final-fixes, long after the vanilla recycler has finished its recycling recipe creation. I have the same issue with mini machines and some of my other mods that need to copy things after every other mod has finished modifying them.

I'm not sure of any easy way to fix this for now, but I can offer Reverse Factory as a stand-in replacement for the vanilla recycler. It similarly runs after almost every other mod, so it should be able to recycle the inserters from this mod as well.

I actually figured out how to easily add the recycler recipes, implemented in v5.0.5
