  Bugfixes:
    - Hopefully prevented an infinite loop from occuring while loading, when attempting to generate connections between orphaned planets/locations.
    - Fixed several issues when Outer Rim was loaded with or without RSC and/or RSCompat, and several outer planet mods.
  Minor Features:
    - Added setting to move Cubium to the outer planets, similar to Maraxsis.
      Also adds another setting to attach Cubium to Vesta as a moon (using Orbital Cannon links, if enabled).
    - Added Exploration Science as a required science pack for Asteroid Belt discovery, if Muluna is enabled.
