Hi, just letting you know that some of your Cargo Ships changes are not being applied because of when Cargo Ships makes them.
The changes to deep_oil need to be moved to data-updates.
Also, I think I added a compat line in Cargo Ships data-final-fixes to correct the oil_rig.resource_categories to match whatever deep_oil ends up with. You might not need to include it anymore.
