Modifies other mods to be more in-line with Krastorio 2's balance.

Currently it change:
- Cargo Ships (power, oil resource type change, not infinite oil, recipe tweaks)
- Electric Furnaces (yes, this allows eletric furnaces to accept krastorio 2 recipes and behave like furnaces from krastorio 2)
- Batteries Not Included (locomotive power and speed, also battery stack size)
- Adamo Carbon (not infinite natural gas)
- Adamo Cinefaction / Heat Processing (adds Low Pressure Heat Exchanger, which boil water at 165C to make heat pump be actually useful before unlocking steam turbines)
- Schall Alien Loot (re-introduces Alien Science Pack in form of Strange Tech Card)
- Schall Tank Platoon (forces old Tank to be present (otherwise it break tech and recipe tree), modifies vehicle gear to be compatible with all Krastorio 2 compatible grids)

Each mod's modification can be turned off separately.

Obviously, Krastorio 2 is required for this mod to run.
