Adds Japanese language text plates with support for over 7000 characters. Since 7000 sprites is a lot, and loading all of them in HD graphics requires around 250MB of VRAM, the graphics are divided into three sets.

Amount of characters per set:

• Set A: 2576
• Set B: 1464
• Set C: 2970
