Right now the optimization tech card is gated behind deep space science (due to the quantum computer that is required)... Maybe i am wrong, but i feel that it is way too late to be intended... So i was thinking that there could be a different recipe for the optimization tech card that doesn't require the quantum computer from k2 (maybe requiring the computers from SE? i don't know if that is possible).

Yeah that is currently an issue that likely will also see some changes in Space Exploration itself since the issue occurs there too.
