Since you don't unlock iron sticks (in SA) until you get medium poles, but the wind turbine is available from the start. Should the recipe be modified?

This is good point. It is locked behind medium poles not in SA only but in vanilla also. I think I should replace iron rods with stone blocks because in K2, if I recall correctly, you could craft this little thing instantly and I want to keep that consistency.
