This is basically https://mods.factorio.com/mod/se-skip-ground this mod by waptdragon3 , but modified to work for Krastorio 2, 99% of the code was written by waptdragon3. Do not use them together since they use the same command.

This mod adds the "/unlock_rgb" command, you write that in the console (default on the "`" button).
It unlocks any technology that requires a combination of the Brown, Red, Green, Blue, and White tech cards. Should work with any mod that is compatible with Krastorio tech and does not modify it.
