add muluan science tech card and nuclear science tech card

Furnaces, assembling machines, production chains.
Please split the mods into 2, I don't want the moon, and the game gives an error when I launch it.
I also get multiple errors when launching. K2CO and Atan Nuclear are installed. Without your mod, launching works fine. (Error while running setup for entity prototype "lab")
