Tanks don't freeze on Aquilo.

I don't have the skill to create the graphics assets needed for this feature. If you can help, I'm happy to add this feature.

Hey @Sir_AL. I've made the necessary enhancements and also added support for freezing on Aquilo. (Forgive the amateurish freezing graphics.)
Please give it a try and let me know your thoughts.

I don't really play experimental versions so I likely won't be testing it unless 2.1 is released as stable. But thank you very much for adding the feature.
