[Bug] [Items Network] Power consumption spikes exponentially to 90MW when network cable link exceeds 200 tiles (Vanilla clean test confirmed)
When laying a continuous network cable or using underground network cables to connect distant factory sections, the total power consumption of the network spikes drastically. Once the linear connection distance between nodes exceeds 200 tiles (grids), the network energy drain leaps from a normal baseline straight up to 90MW, draining the entire power grid. This has been fully verified in a clean vanilla environment with only this mod active, ruling out any multi-mod compatibility conflicts.
Steps to Reproduce
Start a clean new game (or creative map) with ONLY the Items Network mod enabled (Vanilla + Items Network).
Place down a Network server and a Network terminal closely. Note that the baseline power consumption is normal.
Extend the network by placing a straight line of network cables or linked underground network cables.
Keep extending the distance until the furthest linked cable entity is exactly 201 tiles away from the cluster.
Open the Factorio electric network graph (P) or click on any network entity to check its internal energy consumption.
A 90MW power draw instantly bankrupts early-to-mid game power grids, causing a complete blackout. Since it occurs even when running as a standalone mod, it completely limits the player's ability to use this mod for long-range item logistics as advertised.
