Update

Since IR3 v3.1 has removed the radio component, I don't believe this mod does anything useful any more, therefore I have decided to deprecate it.

Original Description

Small tweaks to shortwave radio to better fit in with IR3.

Firstly this mod is unnecessarily, shortwave radio will work with IR3 out of the box.

However IR3 adds a long range radio item, so changing the recipe of the shortwave radio to use this makes sense. Along with this the tech prereqs have been adjusted. Tech cost remains unchanged.

Old recipe:
* Constant combinator
* Iron rod
* 2x copper cable

New recipe:
* long range radio (IR specific item)
* constant combinator

"Ore washing" has been added to the technology prerequisites as that is what's needed for long range radio.
