I got really confused when my quality module 2s had +4% all of a sudden.
None of the quality mods i had installed mentioned something like that.
i had to uninstall them one by one to find out which one was doing this.
Apparently its this one.
Could you mention that in the main description?
Also other people have already mentioned Mod Settings. This would be a great thing to make togglable there.

@notnotmelon Request: Could you make an option to change/disable the quality module modifier? I'd prefer to play at 1x rates essentially.
