Disabling either mod allows the other to run normally.
I've let the other mod dev know as well. (as per this post: https://mods.factorio.com/mod/spider-launcher/discussion/6820c89e76015c03ee6f9833 I believe it is due to what their mod is doing, not necessarily what your mod is doing... but it may be that both do something similar - generate sprites at runtime. If I'm correct then it may simply be a load order issue, but I'm not a modder and I really don't know.)
