Just wondering if this is compatible with upgrade planner. It seems to highlight the wooden power poles for upgrade to lighted wooden poles, but then the bots/nanobots don't action the command.

in 1.0 vanilla the upgrade planner doesn't upgrade wooden to medium power poles by default. But you can explicitly set an upgrade planner to do it.
in testing this explicit upgrade planner works fine for me. The lights don't collide and so shouldn't affect any upgrade/downgrade ect.
