Can you update your description to explain what the mod does a little more clearly. It looks interesting, I kinda want to try it, its just painful to try mods out to figure out what they do for me because of how long restarting factorio takes with my current modlist.
My best interpretation of what your mod does from the current description is that you set a condition on this combinator, and it outputs the number of seconds since that condition was last false (or true)? So output signal keeps incrementing and then gets reset to 0, and stays at 0, until the condition becomes true (or false?) again.
