You can fix it locally yourself, if you don't want to wait for the auther to fix it - like me.
Just do the following.
1. Navigate to your mods folder.
2. Unpack the mod's .zip file.Open the info.json file with a text editor (like Notepad).
3. Change the factorio_version line to match your current game version (e.g., "factorio_version": "2.1").
4. create a zip file of the folder again. (not sure if thats really necessary - but I did just to be sure)
