Hi, so I don't know if its just me but with the new update the quality increase is worse than base level? For instance my stone furnace goes 1/1,15/1,1875/1,24375/... with 3,38125 at godly and 2,59375 at demonic making demonic...pathetically "better" than base level legendary at 2,5?
I tried downloading a clean file and also turning off all other mods just in case of some shenanigans but it still remains the same? If I for instance change the "gradual increase in production speed" to 1 instead of 0,15 the steps are 1/2/2,25/2,265/3,125/...
I'm no math genius but I feel like there is some continuity error here? In the base game its always a flat 0,3 increase over the previous quality...here the calculation seems to happen after uncommon...so the first step from normal to uncommon works as a flat +0,15 but then the next step becomes much worse by not adding on another +0,15. Rare only adds +0,0375 over uncommon and after that each step increases by 0,01875 so that epic is 0,05625 (0,0375+0,01875) better than rare and legendary is 0,075 (0,05625+0,01875) better than epic.
Any help would be appreciated!
Also the beacon is bugged and is actually using more energy despite what its in game description says (and how it works without this mod)
(This is all on Q10 btw.)
Edit: So with some quick maths it seems like the mod takes the "gradual increase" of for instance 0,15 or 1 and instead of applying it flatly at each step it divides that value by 8 and then adds the result to the previous increase?So: 0,15/8 = 0,01875 and that then is the actual "increase" over the previous quality step instead of just the flat 0,15. At gradual increase of 1 it is the same with 1/8 = 0,125.
