While this bug isn't with this mod, it looks like this mod is creating it. I'm assuming the reason the reverse factory is having a problem is some dodgy item definitions which work ok in the game, but RF is having problems with it.
I get "Error while loading recipe prototype "rf-seeder-module-01" (recipe): Difficulty normal: Item ingredient can't have count of 0"
This only happened with the latest update, so I'm assuming they have changed something in the definition of an item ?
