I've got a crash when a robot build a chest in orbit that is supposed to receive packed cargo. Crash both as a replacement (from red to yellow) or construction only (from nothing to yellow chest)

The mod HiTech's Quality of Life Improvements (0.1.1) caused a non-recoverable error.

Interesting, because I did test for that case, and there's specific code to handle that. Can you provide a save game and instruction to reproduce the error?

I've just been doing a playthrough for fun, and definitely had robots upgrading iron chests to storage chests and getting the audio and visual feedback due to the mod.

Hum. I don't understand my own report. I'm using your mod right now without any problem. It's been a while tho. I guess I will update this post If I have more information and an other crash happen.
