Helmod can't calculate the astronomical data (Nullius mod recipe) production line due to a Lua error

Repro (all latest 2023-07-16)

• Factorio: 1.1.87
• Helmod: 0.12.18
• Nullius: 1.5.30

1. Start a new game with only the mods above (save file above or just install 2 mods manually)
2. Go to Helmod and try to calculate the "Satellite" recipe which produces 50 Astronomical Data Boxes.

Lua error
__helmod__/model/RecipePrototype.lua:381: attempt to index local 'rocket_part_prototype'(a nil value)

Same with the "Fumarole" recipe but that's not as critical as the ability to plan astronomical data boxes.

Nullius mod author says it should be reported to the Helmod so here I am
