Adds an additonal version of power armour mk2 with shielding to protect from the ionising radiation added with OldSkoolMatt's Radioactivity Kills Slowly mod. Now you can safely work in irradiated zones without having to switch out of your power armour. Hazmat power armour also has slightly improved radiation resistance comapared to standard hazmat suit.
