A fairly simple mod.

It adds the ability for the player to set surface and universal signals from the player.

The transmitter is send only.

Example uses:

Make platforms able to track the player and follow them. (The reason I made it)

Control parts of your factory remotely.

Troll and upset your friends' networks.
