Ha ha!

Adds a new achievement that unlocks when you eject items from your space platform into space because you didn't filter your inserter

Known issues

• The achievement also unlocks when you build an inserter that is not yet powered
• The achievement does not trigger if you remove the filter from an eligible inserter
